Your Responsibilities

As part of our agile team, you will take on a key role in software testing and technical support for our POS systems in the hospitality industry.
You will work at the interface between IT, product development, and specialist partners, ensuring that our solutions are technically stable and function reliably in real-world hospitality operations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Planning, execution, and documentation of software tests for our POS systems
  • Creation of structured test scenarios and test cases based on functional and technical requirements
  • Reproduction and analysis of reported issues
  • Verification of bug fixes, updates, and new features
  • Close collaboration with development and product management

Support & Partner Management

  • Technical support for our specialist partners (remote support, ticket system, phone)
  • Analysis of support cases including logical reasoning, process flows, and system understanding
  • Providing structured feedback to the development team
  • Support during releases, rollouts, and internal testing
  • Contribution to the creation of technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials

Your Profile

  • Experience in the IT environment, e.g. as a

Support specialist, software tester, IT technician, or in a comparable role

  • Confident handling of software, digital systems, and technical concepts
  • Experience with ticketing systems, testing, or structured issue handling is an advantage
  • Understanding of workflows in the hospitality industry (service, kitchen, POS) or a strong willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of these processes
  • Analytical and structured working style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills when working with specialist partners and internal teams
  • Very good German and English language skills
